As qualified and statutory auditors, our job is to certify a company’s accounts by bringing a fresh set of eyes to them after the chartered accountant or the company’s accounting department. We report back to shareholders and participate in board meetings. Our opinion, which is mandatory depending on the company’s and association’s legal form, is valuable for the entrepreneur in assessing both financial and legal risks.
